松软煤层穿层钻孔厚煤区防卡钻技术研究

云盖山煤矿一矿在底抽巷施工穿层条带治理钻孔期间,由于二1煤层赋存不稳定,当在厚煤区域水力冲孔时,经常发生堵孔、卡钻现象,严重时会出现丢钻杆事故,影响瓦斯治理进度和增加瓦斯治理成本.为此,该矿结合钻孔窥视仪观察钻孔内的情况,发现在钻孔轨迹拐点处滞留的煤粉影响排渣通道而导致的堵孔和卡钻现象,通过使用大直径钻头+扶正器,增大钻杆与孔壁之间的间隙,可有效解决穿煤冲孔期间的堵孔问题,同时最大程度的减小钻孔轨迹的偏斜问题.
Research on anti-jamming drilling technology in thick coal area of soft coal seam through borehole
Yungaishan No.1 Coal Mine in the bottom drainage roadway construction during drilling through the layer strip control drilling,due to the instability of the Ⅱ1 coal seam,when the hydraulic punching in the thick coal area,the phenomenon of plugging and sticking often occurs.In severe cases,there will be a loss of drill pipe accidents,affecting the progress of gas control and increasing the cost of gas control.For this reason,the mine combined with the borehole peeper to observe the situation in the borehole,and found that the pulverized coal retained at the inflection point of the borehole trajectory affected the plugging and sticking phenomenon caused by the slag discharge channel.By using the large diameter drill bit+centralizer,the gap between the drill pipe and the hole wall is increased,which can effectively solve the problem of plugging during coal punching,and at the same time minimize the deviation of the borehole trajectory.
