SAPO-34催化剂的水热稳定性和反复再生研究

评价了一种水热合成法制备的SAPO-34催化剂在放大评价装置中的水热稳定性和反复再生稳定性,试验前期已经对本试验中制备的SAPO-34催化剂(样品剂)进行了催化性能的相关评价,数据表明样品剂与目前工业用催化剂(参比剂)相比较具有寿命长,产率高,E/P比值高的技术特点,样品剂的相关性能优于参比催化剂.为了进一步论证样品剂的相关性能,减小工业替换风险,本实验在100kg固定流化床上对催化剂水热稳定性和反复再生稳定性进一步进行测试评价,以期在催化剂的工业化应用中提供参考.
Study on hydrothermal stability and repeated regeneration performance of SAPO-34 catalyst
The hydrothermal stability and repeated regeneration stability of SAPO-34 catalyst prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method in the amplification evaluation device were evaluated.The catalytic performance of SAPO-34 catalyst(sample agent)prepared has been evaluated in the early stage of the experiment.The result show that the sample agent has the technical characteristics of long life,high yield and high E/P ratio compared with the current industrial catalyst(reference agent),and the related properties of the sample agent are better than the reference catalyst.In order to further demonstrate the relevant properties of the sample agent and reduce the risk of industrial replacement,the hydrothermal stability and repeated regeneration stability of the catalyst were further tested and evaluated on a 100 kg fixed fluidized bed in order to provide a reference for the industrial application of the catalyst.
