为解决传统供电系统设计方法在设计远距离供电系统时存在的过程复杂问题,本文提出基于极限供电距离的综采工作面远距离供电系统设计方法.以河南能源焦煤集团赵固二矿11012综采工作面供电系统为例,从移动变电站选型、进线高压电缆选型及低压电缆选型等方面详细阐述了远距离供电系统的设计方案,最终形成基于极限供电距离的综采工作面远距离供电系统的设计理念和方法.
Design and research on long-distance power supply system of fully mechanized mining face based on limit power supply distance
In order to solve the complex problem of the traditional power supply system design method in the design of long-distance power supply system,this paper proposes a design method of long-distance power supply system for fully mechanized mining face based on the limit power supply distance.Taking the power supply system of 11012 fully mechanized mining face in Zhaogu No.2 Coal Mine of Henan Energy Coking Coal Group as an example,this paper expounds the design scheme of long-distance power supply system from the aspects of mobile substation selection,high-voltage cable selection and low-voltage cable selection,and finally forms the design concept and method of long-distance power supply system of fully mechanized mining face based on limit power supply distance.
