为提升选煤厂跳汰分选效率和质量,本文针对余吾煤业选煤厂单侧进风跳汰分选装备在运行过程中存在的精煤和中煤损失量较大,煤矸石未得到充分筛选的问题,对其原因进行分析,并根据分析结果,设计一种双侧进风紧凑型跳汰分选装备,并论述该设备的机械结构和主要运行参数.从实验测试结果来看,该装备能够提高精煤和中煤产率,确保煤矸石得到有效筛选,表明该设备在余吾煤业选煤厂跳汰分选作业中具有潜在应用价值.
Design and optimization of compact jigging separation equipment with bilateral air inlet in coal preparation plant
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of jigging separation in coal preparation plant,this paper analyzes the reasons for the large loss of clean coal and medium coal and the insufficient screening of coal gangue in the operation process of single-side air inlet jigging separation equipment in Yuwu Coal Preparation Plant.According to the analysis results,a double-side air inlet compact jigging separation equipment is designed,and the mechanical structure and main operating parameters of the equipment are discussed.From the experimental test results,the equipment can improve the yield of clean coal and medium coal,and ensure the effective screening of coal gangue,indicating that the equipment has potential application value in the jigging separation operation of Yuwu Coal Preparation Plant.
