程庄煤矿15301工作面走向低位长钻孔"以孔代巷"试验研究

针对程庄煤矿15301综放工作面现有瓦斯综合治理体系中低位抽采巷存在安全隐患且抽采效果不稳定的问题,寻找替代瓦斯治理措施.根据程庄煤矿15301工作面实际情况,对低位抽采巷替代措施方案进行了比选,最后确定采用定向钻机施工走向低位定向钻孔抽采,并对具体方案进行了设计研究.实践表明,设计的"以孔代巷"走向低位定向长钻孔试验方案有效解决了低位抽采巷存在的问题,初步实现了"以孔代巷"的瓦斯抽采效果,保证了煤矿安全高效开采.
Experimental study on'hole instead of roadway'of trend low position long borehole in No.15301 Face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine
In view of the problems of potential safety hazards and unstable drainage effect in the low-level drainage roadway in the existing gas comprehensive control system of No.15301 fully mechanized caving face in Chengzhuang Coal Mine,the alternative gas control measures were found.According to the actual situation of No.15301 Face in Chengzhuang Coal Mine,the alternative measures of low level drainage roadway were compared and selected.Finally,the directional drilling rig was used to construct the low level directional drilling and drainage,and the specific scheme was designed and studied.The practice showed that the designed'hole instead of roadway'trend low position directional long borehole test scheme effectively solved the problems existing in the low-position extraction roadway,preliminarily realized the gas extraction effect of'hole instead of roadway',and ensured the safe and efficient mining of coal mines.
