Analysis and countermeasures of excessive moisture in compressors
During the operation of the compressor,the water content in the lubricating oil will gradually increase.If the water content exceeds the standard,it will bring great harm to the operation of the compressor unit.It cannot achieve good effects in bearing lubrication,cooling,support,and vibration reduction,and may even cause the temperature of the compressor unit bearing to rise,leading to compressor unit shutdown and tile burning accidents.In response to the phenomenon of excessive lubricating oil water content during the operation of the compressor unit,after continuous investigation,analysis,and judgment,the problem of excessive moisture in compressor lubricating oil was solved through technological and equipment modifications,and the service life of lubricating oil was also extended.
