The Stone coal Vanadium Mine in Jiuquan City belongs to low-calorific value stone coal,and the vanadium valence state in the ore is mainly trivalency.The process of Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)decarburization+additive-free roasting leaching vanadium extraction can effectively solve the problem of low-calorific value stone coal that is not easy to bum,and can achieve thermal-electric-vanadium industrial co-production.The environmental pollution generated by this process mainly includes waste gas,waste water and tailings.The waste gas could be discharged after treatment and the waste water can be fully recycled after treatment without being discharged.The tailings were identified as general industrial solid waste according to their solid waste properties and can be stored in tailings ponds.
