Optimization of operating parameters of vibrating spiral dry separator based on EDEM
In order to further improve the operation quality of ZKLX-1100 vibrating spiral dry separator in Wangzhuang Coal Preparation Plant,EDEM software was used as the analysis tool,combined with the dynamic analysis method,and the control variable experiment was used to explore the operation effect of the separator under different operating parameters.Finally,it was determined that when the vibration motor frequency of the separator was 35 Hz,the vertical amplitude was 2.0 mm,the horizontal torsional amplitude was 0.14°,and the eccentricity and motor installation spacing were 95 mm and 770 mm,respectively,the operation effect was the best.From the experimental results,the sorting quality of the optimized parameter combination is significantly higher than that before the optimization,indicating that the parameter optimization work is successful.
