Optimization of water pump detection method for main drainage system in coal mine
In view of the disadvantages of the traditional detection method of the main drainage system in coal mine,such as inconsistent value conditions,cumbersome instrument layout and long detection time,a set of multi-parameter tester for water pump composed of test host,wireless temperature sensor,wireless pressure sensor and a series of wireless sensors is designed.The tester can detect multiple data of multiple pumps at the same time.The wireless communication networking technology simplifies the instrument layout,and two detection methods of hydraulics and thermodynamics can be selected according to the field conditions.The practice shows that compared with the traditional method,the tester shortens the detection time of single pump,improves the accuracy of data,and can quickly generate the performance curve of water pump,which improves the detection efficiency of water pump.
