低瓦斯综采工作面采空区自然发火"三带"划分

为了有效划分低瓦斯综采工作面采空区自然发火"三带"范围,利用采空区内的CO浓度作为划分指标,以采空区进风侧或回风侧自隅角处至某点CO浓度增长量为最大增长量(自隅角处)的K倍为基础,K可取20%~40%,以该点作一条水平线与CO浓度曲线相交于K1点(靠近工作面)和K2点(靠采空区深部),K1点左侧所在区域为散热带,K1点和K2点之间的区域为氧化带,K2点右侧区域为窒息带.本文以大保当煤矿2203工作面为例进行现场实测,测试结果表明,2203工作面采空区进风侧散热带宽度为69.53 m,氧化带宽度为165.19 m,回风侧散热带宽度为21.96 m,氧化带宽度为174.23 m,通过CO浓度划分低瓦斯综采工作面采空区内的自然发火"三带"范围,为矿井火灾防治提供依据.
Division of'three zones'of spontaneous combustion in goaf of low gas fully mechanized mining face
In order to effectively divide the'three zones'of spontaneous combustion in goaf of low gas fully-mechanized mining face,the CO concentration in goaf is used as the division index.Based on the fact that the increase of CO concentration from the comer to a certain point on the air inlet or return side of goaf is K times of the maximum increase(from the corner),K can be taken as 20%-40%.A horizontal line is made at this point and intersects with the CO concentration curve at K1(near the working face)and K2(near the deep part of goaf).The left area of K1 is the heat dissipation zone,the area between K1 and K2 is the oxidation zone,and the right area of K2 is the suffocation zone.Taking 2203 working face of Dabaodang Coal Mine as an example,field measurement was carried out.The results show that the width of the heat dissipation zone on the air inlet side of the 2203 working face is 69.53 m,and the width of the oxidation zone is 165.19 m.The width of the heat dissipation zone on the return air side is 21.96 m,and the width of the oxidation zone is 174.23 m.The range of the spontaneous combustion'three zones'in the goaf of the low gas fully mechanized mining face is divided by the CO concentration to provide a basis for mine fire prevention and control.
