摘要
针对热连轧活套高度和张力系统的双输入双输出强耦合特性,提出了基于数据驱动预测控制策略.基于子空间辨识方法,利用离线和在线输入输出数据直接辨识控制器参数,避开模型辨识的过程,同时基于预测控制原理,利用未来输入和已经测得的数据信息,预估未来输出,充分利用预测信息设计控制器,在下一个采样周期开始新的循环.该方法能够提高控制精确度,具有较强的扰动抑制能力.仿真结果表明该方法的可行性和较好的控制效果.
Abstract
A data-driven control strategy based on predictive control theory is proposed for looper system of hot strip rolling with double inputs and outputs strong coupling characteristic.Based on subspace identification method,using online and offline data,the controller is designed directly and the model identification process of looper system is avoided.Based on the predictive control theory,using the measured input and output data and future input data,the future output data can be estimated.The predictive information can used to design the controller and both the ability of rejecting disturbance and control accuracy are improved.Simulation results show that the control strategy is effective and has a better control performance.
