摘要
为了实现更高的经济效益,边际油田多采用"一对多"的IEESP系统进行石油开采工作,集束海缆是该系统中重要设备.IEESP系统中,变频器开关器件快速通断使得输出信号中存在许多高频谐波分量,其中最突出的是VSI系统中的高dv/dt信号与CSI系统中的高di/dt信号,这两类信号在经过长距离电缆的传输后将分别带来电机输入端过电压问题和不同线组之间的串音干扰问题.利用有限元法结合均匀传输线定理,对集束海缆的滤波特性进行探究可知:对于信号中10 kHz及以上高频成分,当集束海缆长度超过15 km时,滤除效果即超过了99%,对于1 MHz及以上级别的高频信号,电缆长度为1km时其滤除效果便超过99%,即随着长度的积累,电缆依靠自身滤波效应便能够对高dv/dt信号及其附带产生的各类高频信号进行有效滤除.利用COMSOL Multiphysics建立三维有限元模型,对9 芯集束海缆中串音干扰最严重的线组进行有仿真计算可知:尽管集束海缆中的金属屏蔽层无法有效屏蔽信号中的低频成分,但对1000 Hz以上高频信号所产生的电磁波屏蔽效果却十分突出,且随着频率升高其屏蔽效果愈发明显,即金属屏蔽层能够有效抑制集束海缆高频串扰现象的发生.
Abstract
In order to achieve higher economic benefits,marginal oil fields often adopt"one to many"IEESP system for development,and bundled submarine cables play an important role in it.In the IEESP system,the rapid on-off of switching devices results in many high-frequency harmonic components in the output signal,the most prominent of which are the high dv/dt signals in the VSI system and the high di/dt signals in the CSI system.The above signals will cause crosstalk and overvoltage at the input of the motor after transmitting through a long cable.By combining the finite element method and the uniform transmission line theorem,the study of signal attenuation characteristics in bundled submarine cables shows that as the cable length increases,the cable filtering effect can effectively filter out high dv/dt signals.For high-frequency components of 10 kHz and above,the filtering effect exceeds 99%when the length of the bundled submarine cable exceeds 15 km.For high-frequency signals of 1 MHz and above,the filtering effect exceeds 99%when the cable length is 1 km.Establishing a three-dimensional model in COMSOL Multiphysics and calculating the line group with the most prominent problem in the 9-core bundled submarine cable,it can be concluded that although the metal shielding layer in the bundled submarine cable cannot shield the low-frequency components of the signal,its shielding effect on high-frequency signals above 1000 Hz is very good.And as the frequency increases,its shielding effect becomes more obvious,that is,the metal shielding layer can effectively suppress the occurrence of high-frequency crosstalk in bundled submarine cables.
