摘要

利用物资抽检的方式进行电力设备质量评估是采购电力设备的重要依据.针对现阶段设备检测报告当中对于各项检测指标,会给予合格与否的是非制评价,导致具有一定分布范围的检测数据无法充分利用的问题,基于灰色聚类法,结合多项检测指标,在设备质量合格的基础上提出一种对架空绝缘导线质量的分级评判方法,并考虑特定试验条件下的试验结果以简化评价体系.结果表明所提出的评价方法可以对合格设备的质量给出优和良的等级分类,同时,对特定试验条件下检测数据的关联性分析能够简化评价指标体系,加深了对设备检测报告中数据的利用程度,有利于检测人员更加准确地了解设备质量,为设备采购提供参考.

Abstract

It is important to use material sampling to evaluate the quality of power equipment.In the equipment testing report,the simple judgement of qualified or unqualified is given to each testing index,which leads to the waste of a large number of testing data.In order to make more in-depth use of test data and understand the quality of equipment,based on adaptive grey clustering,combined with a number of testing indicators,a grading evaluation method for the overhead insulated wire is proposed.The consideration of test results under specific test conditions can simplify the evaluation system.The qualified power equipment quality can be classified into"excellent"and"good"grades..At the same time,the correlation analysis of test data under specific test conditions can simplify the evaluation index system.It deepens the utilization of the data in the equipment testing report,which is helpful for the testing personnel to understand the equipment quality more accurately and provides reference for the equipment procurement.
