The research on softwood cuttings of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan
In order to explore the rapid propagation method of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan,the semi-lignified cuttings were used as the material,the effects of different parts of cuttings,different soaking times,and different ratios and concentrations of mixed hormones of NAA and IBA on the cuttings of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were studied,and the optimal conditions for rooting were screened out.The results showed that:(1)The rooting rate of cuttings in the middle of the shoot was the highest,reaching 40％.(2)The rooting rate of cuttings soaked in hormones for 60 min was the highest,reaching 53.33％.(3)In the test of the ratio and concentration of mixed hormones of NAA and IBA,the rooting effect of 2∶1 ratio of 500 mg/L was the best,the rooting rate was 76.67％,the average root length was 23.05cm,the average number of roots was 10.44 and the root effect index was 24.30 In the cuttings of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,choosing appropriate branch parts,soaking time,and appropriate ratio and concentration of NAA and IBA mixed hormones,the rooting rate and rooting effect of the cuttings of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were improved.
