Comparative analysis on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of different Pteroceltis tatarinowii germplasm resources
In order to understand the differences in photosynthetic charac-teristics of Pteroceltis tatarinowii in different regions,and provide scientific basis for further development of fine variety breeding of Pteroceltis tatarinowii,the growth index,photosynthetic characteristics(including net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration)and pigment content of Pteroceltis tatarinowii germplasm resources were determined and analyed.The results showed that:No.1(Hebei Laishui yesanpo),in terms of growth index,photosyntheti characteristics and pigment content were better than the same parameters under other regional conditions,it has the strongest adaptability for growth in the Shijiazhuang area.
