Regional comparative test analysis of Sophora japonica clones
Sophora japonica L.is a perennial deciduous tree of the genus Sophora Linn.in the Leguminosae family. With a long history of planting in China.Based on the method of regional test analysis, taking 11 excellent clones of Sophora japonica as materials, this experiment carried out single point comparative analysis and multi-point joint analysis of variance on the growth of clones in Yixian,Luannan and Gucheng in Hebei province, and measured their stability and high yield, making apreliminary evaluation on the growth performance of clones. The results showed that:the analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in tree height and DBH among 11 Sophora japonica clones. The best performance clone of Gucheng experimental forest was Y4,the best performance clone of Luannan experimental forest was Y2,and the best performance clone of Yixian experimental forest was Y1.According to the indexes of stable yield and high yield, the best clones for tree height growth were Y1 and Y4.The clones with the best DBH were Y7 and Y8.Clonal stability analysis showed that the clones with good yield and stability in the three experimental forests were Y7 and Y4,which had good breeding potential. The results were of great theoretical and practical value for breeding excellent varieties with fast growth rate, strong adaptability and good ornamental value.
