Preparation and electrochemical properties of oil-tea-cake derived carbon materials by molten salt-quenching method
In order to promote the resource treatment of camellia seed meal,the research route of using camellia seed meal to prepare excellent carbon negative electrode is proposed in this paper,which is expected to promote the sustainable development of the resource treatment of camelilla seed meal.In this paper,a simple green treatment method was proposed to prepare oil-tea-meal-derived carbon materials by molten salt quenching method for the first time.It was found that the specific capacitance of the carbon negative electrode prepared by the molten salt of camellia seed meal roasted at 650 ℃ for 60 min and then quenched was as high as 232 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g;the molten salt could be used as a template agent to protect carbon from being oxidized,the K element has an etching effect on the material,which could effectively improve the pore structure of the material,and the quenching process could not only increase the specific surface area of the carbon material,but also promote the mass transfer and transfer rate of electrons.This study provides a feasible method for solving the problem of increasing the value of camellia seed meal and designing carbon materials suitable for practical application.
