The occurrence status and prevention of poplar canker disease along Yongding River of Langfang
The investigation of canker diseases was carried out on poplar along Yongding River in Anci District of Yongqing County by setting up standard plots.The investigation mainly included canker types,symptoms and severity,and determined its main pathogens.The results showed that the incidence disease incidence,rate of local diseases was high,most of the incidence rate was 35％～60％.The overall level of harm was materate,the incidence index was 7～22,the individual forest land was serious,and the dead tree rate was＞20％.The main disease types were Blister canker and Valsa canker.The related pathogens were Botryosphaeria dothidea and Valsa sordida respectively.Bacterial ulcer was not found in this survey.The investigation provides a working basis for the disease control of local poplar protection forest.
