非木质林产品经营认证对不同性质企业经营管理的作用分析

摘要
非木质林产品经营认证对提升企业经营管理水平、提高企业经营管理效果具有重要现实意义.该文以近年来已经审核通过的非木质林产品经营认证的企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,对国有企业、民营企业和农民专业合作社员工进行问卷调查.调查研究发现:60％左右被调查者认为,认证对提高企业经营管理水平作用明显,且国有企业和民营企业经营管理水平提高程度高于农民专业合作社.
Abstract
The certification of non woody forest product management is of great practical significance for improving the level of enterprise management and enhancing the effectiveness of enterprise management.This article taked enterprises that have been approved for non woody forest product management certification in recent years as the research object.Using a questionnaire survey method,a survey was conducted on employees of state-owned enterprises,private enterprises,and farmer professional cooperatives.The survey found that about 60％of respondents believe that certification has a significant effect on improving the level of enterprise management,and the level of improvement in management of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises was higher than that of farmer professional cooperatives.
