Preliminary analysis of the role of forest management certification
Forest management certification,as an innovative approach to promote sustainable forest management through market mechanisms,is of great significance for the construction of sustainable forests.Currently,research on forest management certification in China focuses primarily on the three main benefits,neglecting the role played during the certification process.By exploring the role played during the forest management certification process,this study provided evidence for improving the recognition of certification by forest management units and the necessity of conducting certification work.The research findings indicated that forest management certification played crucial roles in enhancing operational management capabilities,promoting environmental protection,and safeguarding rights and interests during the certification process.
