Investigation of occurrence law and screening of green control pesticide of Archips crassifolianus on Picea crassifolia Kom.in the eastern end of Qilian Mountain Forest
In order to protect the ecological environment of Qilian Mountain and realize green control of Arc hips crassifolianus on Picea crassifolia Kom.,we observed the life habit,investigated the environmental factors of occurrence place,and did the control experiment of different pesticide.The result showed that the Archips crassifolianus were one generation one year,the altitude and crown density of Picea crassifolia Kom.affected the occurrence,the occurrence of altitude 2500～2800 m and crown density under 0.6 was the more serious.After we used the matrine,azadirachtin,bacillus thuringiensis,spinosad to control Archips crassifolianus,it decreased the pest density,forest damage rate,and mortality rate,the differences were extremely significant(P＜0.01)compare to,the pest density,forest damage rate,and mortality rate of 0.3％azadirachtin were the lowest in all pesticides,whose comprehensive control effect was the best,the comprehensive control effect of 2.5％matrine was second.
