Research on Supply Chain After-sales Service Decision Considering Online Retail Model and Equity Concern Behavior
Starting from an omnichannel manufacturer with BOPS model,in this paper, the decision-making problem of channel after-sales service competition under its online direct selling and distribution model is considered, and the influence of offline retailers'fair concern behavior on the performance of supply chain entities is analyzed. The findings are as follows:manufacturers'choice of online retail mode is related to offline retailers'fair concern behavior.Under the distribution model, the profit of the e-commerce platform is higher than that of the direct sales model, and it is also willing to provide a higher level of channel after-sales service. The fair concern behavior taken by offline retailers in the omnichannel after-sales service competition supply chain is"at the expense of others",which is different from the conclusion of"at the expense of others"in previous research literature.
