智慧城市政策下的城市创新水平效应研究

基于中国268个城市的面板数据,通过多期双重差分法研究智慧城市试点政策对城市创新水平的影响,并进行一系列的稳健性检验,最后给出了不同创新水平上政策效应估计.基准回归及稳健性检验表明:智慧城市建设在推动城市创新水平方面起到了明显的促进作用,并且这一作用逐渐增强;分位数回归结果表明创新水平在0.1和0.9分位数附近的城市受政策影响较小,而创新水平处于中位数附近的城市受政策影响较大.
Research on the Effect of Urban Innovation Level under Smart City Policy
Based on the panel data of 268 cities in China,this paper studies the impact of smart city pilot policies on urban innovation level through multi-stage difference-difference method,and conducts a series of robustness tests.Finally,the policy effects at different innovation levels are estimated.Baseline regression and robustness test show that smart city construction plays a significant role in promoting the level of urban innovation,and this role is gradually increasing;Quantile regression results show that cities with innovation levels near 0.1 and 0.9 quantiles are less affected by policies,while cities with innovation levels near the median are more affected by policies.
