Characterisation of Zinc Metabolism Related Genes and SLC30A5 Sequence in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Sequence characterisation of zinc metabolism related genes in hepatocellular carcinoma,solute carrier family 30 member5(SLC30A5),was analysed using bioinformatics techniques.Transcriptome data of hepatocellular carcinoma,gastric carcinoma,pancreatic carcinoma and normal liver tissues were downloaded from the GEO database for differential expression analysis.Sequence characterisation,related proteins and phylogenetic tree of SLC30A5 were analysed using ProtScale tool,SinnalP-5.0 online website,NetPhos-3.1,SOPMA,SMART and STRING databases.The expression of SLC30A5 gene was significantly down-regulated in cancerous liver tissues,and the protein of SLC30A5 belongs to the group of hydrophilic SLC30A5 protein is a hydrophilic protein with abundant phosphorylation sites,no signal peptide,and is a membrane transporter protein.SLC30A5 and SLC30A6 proteins work together to influence the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.SLC30A5 protein may be a new prognostic biomarker of hepatocellular carcinoma,which may provide a new direction for hepatocellular carcinoma treatment.
