Characteristics of the Language Variation of Urban Young Women
The survey, as well as .observation in daily communication, tells that the urban young women tend to use children' s way of pronouncing, word choosing, and sentence making and thus some characteristics develops in terms of phonetics, vocabulary, and grammar. The carton, or childlike, features in their language have made a linguistic variation. Furthermore, the carton-style language is spreading widely.
