摘要
周来祥作为文艺美学学科的早期立法者，其最突出的贡献有对学科细密而独特的界定，通过纵横结合的全面方法，分别划定了文艺美学的“职权归位”和“行权范围”；严密而全面的体系建构，其体系具有逻辑严密、立体研究和开放发展三大特色，分别从深度和广度上成就了其文艺美学的最强的体系性。但其体系建构也有不足，主要表现在公式化的模块展现，重宏观而有失微观具体，以及理想色彩的预见构想。
Abstract
ZHOU Lai-xiang is the pioneer lawmaker of the discipline of literary and art aes-thetics.His most distinguished contribution is unique and scientific definition for this disci-pline.A comprehensive approach is used to define “the function and power” and “power scope”.The system is constructed strictly and comprehensively,whose characteristics are strict-ly logical,multifaceted and open.The systematic power of the literary and art is achieved pro-foundly and widely.There is also inadequacy in this system,which included formulated mod-ules,micro focused,and idealistic.
