摘要
第二次世界大战时期,为早日击退轴心国的侵略,英美结为战时联盟.在战时,为鼓励殖民地人民积极抗战,非殖民化运动愈演愈烈,此时期印度的独立问题显得尤为典型.在英美特殊关系的背景下,分析英美之间关于非殖民化问题的摩擦,以及在战时英国对于印度非殖民化问题所做的妥协,可以得出这样的结论:尽管美国希望解决印度独立问题,但战时所有政策的制定都应围绕打败轴心国这一主题.最终印度问题并没有实质性进展,但却为战后印度独立埋下伏笔.
Abstract
During the 2d World War period,the Great Britain and America became alliance to defeat axis power early.During the war,de-colonization movements were popular all around the world to encourage local people to take part in fight,among which the independence movement of India was the most typical.By analyzing the disputes between Britain and America about this issue,it is concluded that though America expected to solve this problems the main theme during this period should be focused on defeating axis powers.Therefore,the India problem was not completely solved and this became a hint foreshadowing later development of the dependence of India.
