On the Construction of Urban Community Cultural Elderly Care Service System From the Perspective of Positive Aging
Currently,active aging incorporates health,participation,and protection into policy frameworks,emphasizing the maintenance and protection of the basic rights of the elderly.As an important policy practice for active aging,cultural elderly care plays an important role in achieving the national strategy of actively responding to population aging.The article is guided by the theory of active aging and conducts a questionnaire survey to understand the basic situation and limiting factors of cultural elderly care in urban communities.It also proposes basic strategies for the construction of cultural elderly care service systems,helping the development of urban community cultural elderly care to a higher level and fulfilling the pursuit and longing of the elderly for a"better life".
