In the era of digital economy, the rapid development of platform economy has brought new challenges to antitrust regulations in countries around the world, which are different from traditional economy. The EU has always adopted a relatively strict regulatory attitude towards platform enterprises. In response to the transformation of monopoly methods among platform enterprises, the European Union adheres to the structuralist concept, innovates regulatory models, and formulates"The Digital Markets Act"to make up for the shortcomings of traditional anti-monopoly laws as much as possible. The difficulties faced by China in regulating platform monopolies share similarities with the European Union, and can be used as a reference to improve relevant antitrust enforcement systems.
