On the Cultivation of Citizens'Rule of Law Spirit From the Perspective of Chinese Path to Modernization
Modernization is the inevitable path of China's development.The rule of law society is the foundation of Chinese path to modernization,and the spirit of the rule of law is the soul that runs through the construction of the rule of law society.Therefore,the cultivation of citizens'spirit of the rule of law echoes Chinese path to modernization.At present,some citizens in our country still lack the spirit of rule of law,which is manifested in blind obsession with power over rules,excessive dependence on relationships over procedures,and one-sided pursuit of rights over obligations.In this regard,a sound market economy system should be used as a platform to cultivate those who consciously abide by the rule of law,taking the key minority of leading cadres as the guide,cultivate loyal advocates of the rule of law;taking scientific legal education as the starting point,cultivating staunch defenders of the rule of law,and constructing a path for cultivating the spirit of citizen rule of law that meets the requirements of the times.
