摘要
创新高校学习型党组织建设,既要明确建设过程中的困境和弱势,又要通过多层面全方位的角度系统性解决建设中存在的问题.因此,在推进高校学习型党组织建设过程中,可从思想、内容、机制、平台等四个创新点着手,注重形式创新和内涵拓展,结合高校实际情况合理应对相关问题及不足,强化高校学习型党组织的质量建设,不断提高学习型党组织建设的效益和活力.
Abstract
To innovate the construction of learning-oriented party organizations in universities,it is necessary to not only clarify the difficulties and weaknesses in the construction process,but also systematically solve the problems that exist in the construction process through multi-level and all-round perspectives.Therefore,in the process of promoting the construction of learning oriented party organizations in universities,we can start from four innovative points:ideology,content,mechanism,platform,etc.,pay attention to form innovation and connotation expansion,combine with the actual situation of universities to reasonably respond to relevant problems and shortcomings,strengthen the quality construction of learning oriented party organizations in universities,and continuously improve the efficiency and vitality of learning oriented party organization construction.
