Exploration of Labor Education Practice in Local Application-oriented Universities in the New Era——A Case Study of Huainan Normal University
As the foundation of the"Five-Education",labor education in the new era has comprehensive educational value and is an important way for universities to implement the education policy of educating people for the Party,cultivating talents for the country,and promoting the"Five-Education"simultaneously.Through questionnaire surveys and field visits to local applied universities in Anhui Province(Huainan Normal University),it was found that universities have problems such as inadequate implementation of labor education practices,insufficient investment in educational resources,and inadequate evaluation mechanisms for education.Therefore,precise efforts should be made,targeted policies should be implemented,innovative exploration of labor education practice paths in local applied universities should be carried out,and student labor literacy should be improved.This will provide a basic guarantee for effectively achieving the educational goals of cultivating morality through labor,enhancing intelligence through labor,strengthening physical fitness through labor,cultivating beauty through labor,and innovating through labor.
