A Study on the Ability Requirements and Practical Pathways for the Professional Development of International Chinese Teachers
In order to better promote the development of international Chinese language education for the new tasks in the new era,international Chinese language teachers should constantly improve their qualities and abilities,and achieve the sustainable development of professional abilities.The professional development of international Chinese language teacher requires improvement in language knowledge system and cognitive level,improvement in modern educational technology application ability,enhancement of national image awareness,and enhancement of cross-cultural critical thinking ability.The career development of international Chinese language teacher is a comprehensive and dynamic process.The promotion of international Chinese language teachers'professional development can start with the establishment of a growth mindset,the setting up of lofty ideals and professional pursuits,and the building of a professional community of international Chinese language teachers.
