道路运输系统是由很多因素组成的复杂动态系统,任何一起交通事故的发生都是多种因素共同作用的结果.文章结合大数据、物联网、信息化等数字技术对道路交通主要安全隐患进行精细管理,实现道路交通安全隐患预防预测、实时监管和闭环管理.重点介绍建立道路交通安全隐患研判大数据模型及建立道路交通安全风险主动预防模型,以实现隐患排查治理闭环管理相关技术的应用.
Abstract
The road transportation system is a complex dynamic system composed of many factors,and any traffic accident is the result of the combined action of multiple factors.The article combines digital technologies such as big data,the Internet of Things,and information technology to finely manage the main safety hazards of road traffic,achieving prevention and prediction of road traffic safety hazards,real-time supervision,and closed-loop management.Emphasis will be placed on establishing a big data model for identifying and assessing road traffic safety hazards,as well as establishing an active prevention model for road traffic safety risks,in order to achieve the application of closed-loop management technologies for hazard investigation and control.
