The lack of restrictions on exclusive licensing rights for digital music has caused a series of problems in the digital music market,rooted in the fact that the legal licensing system for recording products established in traditional environments cannot be applied to the digital environment.It provided an expanded interpretation of the statutory license for audio recordings,extending its scope to digital music works,and interpreting the term"production"as including the act of dissemination through information networks.Restricting the exclusive licensing rights of digital music from the perspective of copyright law itself is of great significance in solving the monopoly problem of music platforms and promoting the healthy development of the digital music market.
