乡村振兴视域下农村相对贫困家庭迈向共同富裕机制研究

摘要
全面推进乡村振兴是助推实现农业农村现代化的必然选择,也是实现共同富裕和中华民族伟大复兴的战略需要.对农村相对贫困家庭实行精准帮扶既是巩固脱贫攻坚成果、防止返贫复归的根本要求,也是接续增进人民福祉、扎实推动共同富裕的使命任务.由于相对贫困对象的多元性、发生的动态性和治理的长期复杂性,客观决定了农村相对贫困家庭的精准帮扶工作仍会遇到不同程度的现实困境.以高质量发展为目标引领农村相对贫困家庭走向共同富裕,必须立足新阶段新情况,通过健全完善组织领导机制、监测预警机制、内生动力机制、帮扶共治机制等,保障和改善农村相对贫困家庭人民生活,实现全体人民共同富裕.
Abstract
Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is not only an inevitable choice to boost the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,but also a strategic imperative to achieve common prosperity and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Targeted assistance for rel-atively poor rural families is not only the fundamental requirement to consolidate the achieve-ments of poverty alleviation and prevent return to poverty,but also the ongoing mission to en-hance people's well-being and solidly advance common prosperity.Due to the diversity of the target group,the dynamic nature of occurrence,and the long-term complexity of governance,tar-geted assistance for rural relatively poor families will still encounter varying degrees of practical difficulties.In order to lead these families towards common prosperity with the goal of high-quality development,we must base ourselves on the new situation in the new stage,and refine and improve the organization and leadership mechanism,monitoring and early warning mecha-nism,endogenous driving force mechanism,and assistance and co-governance mechanism,etc.,to ensure and improve the lives of these families in rural areas and achieve common prosperity for all.
