基于综合模型框架的供应链中区块链采用因素研究

摘要
文章集成了技术采纳模型、创新扩散模型和技术组织环境框架,提出区块链技术采用因素相关假设,利用结构方程模型分析我国中小企业在供应链中采用区块链技术的因素.结果显示,区块链技术的相对优势、技术兼容性、技术准备度、高层管理支持、技术有用性感知和供应商支持对中小企业在其供应链中采用区块链技术的意愿有积极的影响,技术复杂性和成本问题是中小企业采用区块链技术的主要障碍.
Abstract
This article integrates technology adoption models,diffusion of innovations(DOI)models,and the technology organizational environment framework,proposes hypotheses related to blockchain technology adoption factors,and analyzes the factors influencing the adop-tion of blockchain technology in China's supply chain by small and medium-sized enterprises using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).The results show that the relative advantages of blockchain technology,technical compatibility,technical readiness,top management support,perceived usefulness of technology,and supplier support have a positive impact on the willing-ness of small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt blockchain technology in their supply chain.The complexity of the technology and cost concerns are the main obstacles to the adop-tion of blockchain technology by small and medium-sized enterprises.
