Research on Tourist Consumer Demand for Nighttime Food Districts Based on Python——With the Capital Cities in the Yangtze River Delta Region as Examples
The high-quality development of the national economy has given rise to new con-sumer demand and also driven the continuous development and improvement of the urban night economy.This article takes the three nighttime food streets in Nanjing,Hangzhou,and Hefei,capital cities in the Yangtze River Delta region,as examples to explore tourists'nighttime con-sumer demand and focus on tourists'satisfaction with their consumption.At the same time,in response to the problems existing in the food street areas,suggestions are made to develop inno-vative quality projects,explore the food culture,and establish catering brands,in order to pro-mote the development of the urban night economy.
