The article,taking high-tech enterprises in Anhui Province as the research object,conducts vertical comparative analysis on their R&D investment data from 2019 to 2021,and selects 2021 data for horizontal comparative analysis with six provinces in central China and provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta.The results show that vertical comparison shows that Anhui Province has attached great importance to scientific and technological innovation in recent years,and R&D investment has been increasing year by year.Horizontal comparison with provinces in the central region shows that Anhui Province has adopted a policy of strengthening the province through science and technology,and has shown outstanding performance in the rise of the central region.Compared horizontally with provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta,there is a lack of research and development investment.Based on the conclusion,the research provides relevant suggestions.
