A New Turn From Decline to Transformation——A Study of the Cultural Relics and Sacrificial Rites of Fuxi-Nüwa
Fuxi and Nüwa are extremely important characters in ancient Chinese mythology and legends, and their cultural relics and related sacrificial activities play a crucial role in the culture of China's ancestors. The cultural relics of Fuxi Nüwa in the Jining area of Shandong Province are widely distributed, forming a community style cultural relic represented by the Xishan Xihuang Temple and the Fuxi Temples in the two cities.Compared with the Fuxi Temple in Tianshui,Gansu, the Taihao Mausoleum in Huaiyang,Henan, and the Wa Imperial Palace in Shexian,Hebei, the scale of the Fuxi Nüwa cultural relics in Jining area is relatively small, but it is an important content of Qilu culture and Confucian writings.Since the last century, the ancestral culture of the ZouLu region has gradually attracted attention. In recent years, the Xihuang Temple in Guoli Town,Zoucheng has begun to form a Fuxi Nüwa sacrificial ceremony initiated by the people and supported by the government. Both its social attention and cultural influence are increasing day by day.
