文化视野下乡村教师队伍建设的理念转向和实施路径

当幸福感、获得感和成就感的缺失成为乡村教师流失的主要原因时,乡村教师队伍建设的理念就要重申刚性要求和柔性关怀的双重结合.文章从文化的视角进行分析,提出乡村教师队伍建设理念的转向:教师公共身份的"失落异乡人"到"返场新乡贤"、教师个人价值的"无私奉献"到"回归主体"、政策运行价值取向的"效率"到"公平"、稳定机制的"静态稳定"到"动态平衡",以及从乡村社会、学校管理、媒体宣传三方面进行的文化实施路径,试图在新时代给"乡村教师一个留下来的理由".
The Conceptual Transformation and Implementation Path of Rural Teacher Team Construction From a Cultural Perspective
When the lack of happiness,sense of gain,and sense of achievement becomes the main reason for the loss of rural teachers,the concept of building a rural teacher team should reiterate the dual combination of rigid requirements and flexible care.The article analyzes from a cultural perspective and proposes a shift in the concept of building a rural teacher team:the transformation of teachers'public identity from"lost foreigners"to"returning to new rural talents",the transformation of teachers'personal values from"selfless dedication"to"returning to the main body",the transformation of policy operation values from"efficiency"to"fairness",the transformation of stable mechanisms from"static stability"to"dynamic balance",and the cultural implementation path from three aspects:rural society,school management,and media promotion,attempting to give"rural teachers a reason to stay"in the new era.
