安徽省科技金融支持经济发展的实证研究

文章对安徽省科技金融支持经济发展进行了实证研究,研究过程中使用熵值法,构建安徽省经济发展水平指标,选取2001-2022 年安徽省经济发展水平、安徽省科技金融发展的三个子指标科技金融行业工作人员年增长率、财政支持科技金融强度、科技金融效率作为样本数据,构建指标间的VAR实证模型.实证结果显示:安徽省科技金融行业工作人员的增加,财政支持科技金融强度的提升及科技金融效率的提升,均有助于安徽省经济发展.在此基础上,从优化科技金融战略设计、培养科技金融复合型人才、提升科技金融创新成果转化效率方面提出政策建议.
Empirical Study on the Support of Science and Technology Finance for Economic Development in Anhui Province
The article conducted an empirical study on the support of science and technology finance for economic development in Anhui Province.During the research process,the entropy method was used to construct an indicator of the level of economic development in Anhui Province.Three sub indicators,namely the level of economic development in Anhui Province from 2001 to 2022,the annual growth rate of science and technology finance industry workers,the intensity of fiscal support for science and technology finance,and the efficiency of science and technology finance,were selected as sample data to construct a VAR empirical model between the indicators.The empirical results show that the increase in staff in the science and technology finance industry,the improvement of financial support for science and technology finance intensity,and the enhancement of science and technology finance efficiency in Anhui Province all contribute to the economic development of Anhui Province.On this basis,policy recommendations are proposed from the aspects of optimizing the design of technology finance strategies,cultivating technology finance composite talents,and improving the efficiency of technology finance innovation transformation.
