Under the trend of diversification and diversified development,and in the strategy of building a strong sports nation,the high-quality development of university sports has ushered in opportunities,but also faces severe challenges.The management of human resources in university sports is an important link related to the high-quality development of school sports,and emotional management is a key factor affecting the work efficiency,teamwork,and organizational performance of university sports teachers.Therefore,from the perspective of emotional management,this article explores the value-added research of human resource management in university sports by stimulating the positive emotions of physical education teachers to optimize the management of university sports,improve the effectiveness of human resource management,and assist sports departments in building high-performance organizations.The aim is to provide positive reference opinions for the management and future development of university sports in China.
