在多元化与多样化发展态势下,在体育强国战略中,高校体育高质量发展迎来了机遇,同时也面临着严峻的挑战.高校体育人力资源管理是关系到学校体育事业高质量发展的重要环节,而情绪管理则是影响高校体育教师工作效率、团队合作与组织绩效的关键因素.因此,文章以情绪管理为视角,通过激发体育教师的积极情绪来优化高校体育的管理工作、提升人力资源管理效果、助力体育部门构建高绩效组织,探讨高校体育人力资源管理的增值研究,以期为我国高校体育管理及未来发展带来积极的参考意见.
A Study on the Value added of Emotional Management in College Sports Human Resource Management from the Perspective of Positive Organizational Behavior
Under the trend of diversification and diversified development,and in the strategy of building a strong sports nation,the high-quality development of university sports has ushered in opportunities,but also faces severe challenges.The management of human resources in university sports is an important link related to the high-quality development of school sports,and emotional management is a key factor affecting the work efficiency,teamwork,and organizational performance of university sports teachers.Therefore,from the perspective of emotional management,this article explores the value-added research of human resource management in university sports by stimulating the positive emotions of physical education teachers to optimize the management of university sports,improve the effectiveness of human resource management,and assist sports departments in building high-performance organizations.The aim is to provide positive reference opinions for the management and future development of university sports in China.
