摘要

近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,国有企业对技术人才的需求日益增长.但当前国企技术人才队伍建设仍存在人员流失和创新能力不足等问题,因此有必要分析其技术人才效能的影响因素和评价指标体系,进而提出多渠道选人聚英才、多形式育人铸精英、多方位留人激活力和多通道用人尽其能等提升国企技术人才效能的因应策略,旨在为政府及其有关部门和企业进行决策提供有益的参考.

Abstract

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for technical talents in state-owned enterprises has been increasing day by day.However,there are still problems such as personnel turnover and insufficient innovation ability in the current construction of the technical talent team in state-owned enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors and evaluation index system of its technical talent efficiency,and propose corresponding strategies to enhance the efficiency of state-owned enterprise technical talent,such as multi-channel selection and gathering of talents,multi-form education and casting of elites,multi-dimensional retention and activation power,and multi-channel employment to the best of their ability.The aim is to provide useful references for the government,relevant departments,and enterprises to make decisions.
