Reconstruction of the Judicial Protection Path for Wildlife——A Case Study of Qinghai Province
The protection and utilization of wildlife resources play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance,promoting green development,and fostering harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.Due to its unique geographical and resource advantages,the Qinghai Tibet Plateau provides protection for rare species.Despite facing many problems such as habitat destruction and hunting pressure caused by human activities,species on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau still exhibit strong survival abilities and are a model for the protection and utilization of wildlife resources.At present,there are still problems with the protection of wild animals in Qinghai Province,such as incomplete legislation,limited scope,unsatisfactory law enforcement effects,insufficient awareness of citizen protection,and imperfect rescue mechanisms.It is urgent to improve the protection concept,establish nature reserves with national park themes,strengthen legal publicity,and improve relevant compensation systems in accordance with the newly revised"Wildlife Protection Law".
