With the promulgation of"The Civil Code",the settlement of inheritance debts in China has also been included in the inheritance code.The repayment of inheritance debts has special characteristics compared to other debts,and it is necessary to fully protect the priority repayment of inheritance debts.At present,the current laws in China have not clearly defined the concept and scope of inheritance debt.In view of this,we should start with defining the scope of inheritance debt and clarify the division of the scope of the deceased's debt;secondly,in response to the shortcomings of China's inheritance debt repayment system,combined with academic views and foreign legislative systems,we will improve the repayment principles and sequence of inheritance debt in China.
