In recent years,with the continuous deepening of China's market economy system,the development of PPP projects in the elderly care industry has shown a diversified trend.However,the shortage of funds remains the main bottleneck restricting its rapid development.Traditional financing methods can no longer keep up with its development needs,while asset securitization,as a new financing method,has developed rapidly in China and achieved innovation in multiple fields.To promote the healthy development of PPP projects in China's elderly care industry,it is urgent to explore in depth the feasibility and challenges of implementing asset securitization in PPP projects in the elderly care industry.
