A Study on the Impact of Compulsive Oriented Workaholics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior
The article constructs a theoretical model of compulsive workaholism,social interaction,organizational support,and organizational citizenship behavior through a questionnaire survey of compulsive workers in the service industry in the Yangtze River Delta,exploring the internal impact mechanism of compulsive workaholism on organizational citizenship behavior in service-oriented enterprises.Research has shown that compulsive workaholism positively influences employees'organizational citizenship behavior,while social interaction partially mediates their relationship.Organizational support has a negative moderating effect on the relationship.Compared to previous theories,there is preliminary support for the conclusion that compulsive workaholism is beneficial for organizational citizenship behavior,organizational support has a negative impact on organizational citizenship behavior,and reducing social interaction promotes citizenship behavior.
