The teacher education model has a direct impact on the quality of teacher training.The demand for high-quality development of education and the emergence of the"educator spirit"have promoted the process of reform and innovation in teacher education models.Cultivating teachers'teaching generation ability is the main direction for the transformation of primary school teacher education model.The methodology,ontology,and interactionism of existentialist philosophy are philosophical perspectives that explain the generation of teaching.The value of teaching lies in the collision and integration of the hearts of teachers and students,and the awakening of children's inner potential.It is aimed to explore possible directions for cultivating the teaching generative ability of primary school teachers,including establishing teaching content with interdisciplinary and life value,construct teacher-student relationships with free communication and equal dialogue,reveal problem situations.It is also aimed to promote the professional growth of primary school teachers,deepen theoretical research and reform practices in primary school teacher education,and improve the quality of talent cultivation in primary education.
