This article systematically studies the connotation construction of the"New Double High"under the background of national strategy.It elaborates on the new connotation and new extension of the"New Double High"construction,analyzes the new problems and challenges it faces,and proposes a series of new paths and models for the development of higher vocational education,focusing on deepening the integration of industry and education,solidifying the integration of science and education,and accelerating digital transformation development with contributions and service capabilities as key elements.
